Going to work!!

I work in Thane for one of the topmost BPO in the country, and normally if i'm doing day shifts (which is heaven for any call centre employee) i would have to travel in the office transport from Teen Haath Naka. It's been 2 years since i've been working in this centre. One fine day i was waiting for the office transport (like always was smoking and looking if i could find any hot chicks around) my roving eyes saw something, saw something very disturbing. Here goes, the flyover which passes by eternity mall, teen haath naka has lot of space below it and know what, now this place has been occupied by urchins, beggars...they have made it their home "how sweet" now every time i pass by that place i see more and more beggars and urchins "how wonderful"...most of the time i've even see some people donating stuffs to them "how generous"...these people have everything...a decent place to stay, water, maybe electricity (no idea though), food, they got even decent wooden cupboards, sofas, chairs...and all this FREE OF COST "how lucky"... they wash themselves, their clothes, their utensils in the same place "how hygienic"...n this thought just went through my mind, if i were to buy a house in the same area it would cost me somewhere around Rs. 4,500 -5,000 PSF, with outgoing charges of some where around Rs.3/- PSF, electricity charges etc..etc... "how cheap"...what amazes me the most is that the fund which the goverment generates to build all the flyovers across the country, i pay a part of it...u asking me how? by the INCOME TAX that i pay....then why are these people staying in place which is public property?? what is the municipal corporation doing?? why do people go and donate money, clothes, food to such people?? If these people cant afford to stay in the city, then why do they leave their native and come here?? what is the police doing?? why do these so called social organisatons take side of such when they know they are a hazard for their own and others lives?? all these questions remain unanswered and i'm looking at options right now to get some...this is for everyone to think not only me....will keep everyone posted
